A fascinating and very worthwhile experience. A difficult topic (serious early trauma and awful parenting). The group of us really put our hearts and souls into the discussion and learnt together, not least about how good therapy works.
This was my first experience, and I found it very helpful and insightful. I really liked how you could choose which topic you wanted to engage in and then drop in and out of other topics whenever I wanted to, without disturbing the flow of the conversations. I will definitely be joining again, as well as letting others know about this helpful tool.
